I really like dipping a cheesy burger with onions on good bread into some sort of jus! Thanks for the inspiration!

Looks great, and having a dipping jus makes it perfect.  Costco sells jars of what they call "Better than Boulion", which is actually very good - it bears no resemblance to the old boulion cubes that mom always used.  I use the chicken and beef versions any time I need stock, and it makes a great base for a dipping jus
