I think BBQ is a way of life. I dread the day I am too weak and old to lift the lid on my pit..........

Always wondered why people call a metal fabricated box, tank, cylinder or cabinet a "pit".  The old timers never used such contraptions and dug a real pit in the ground.  Now that is a BBQ pit.  ;D
