been using my mak lately. It's easy to use and it lets me work around the house (roof) and still cook killer ribs. tired today from being on the roof. so silent movie night it is.
my smoking buddy, marley.
I thru my ribs and a cut up a peach in a bowl because my wife (who is at the cabin w/ my daughter until the roof is finished
I am not a contractor
) told me to eat some fruit. I must say it was a nice fresh touch.
got a bunch of milk, paper towel roll and a bone plate. i'm good to go. must be some baseball on.
I will say that finger taste of the sauce was ok. when you put it on food and cook the sauce.
oh my gosh!
70% of all the rubs smoke tells me to use are ok at best (don't get your feeling hurt I still love ya). I wasn't expecting much from the sauce. I was shocked. it is really good. really good. 3 tongues up sauce,

Just picked up a jar of that sauce tonight. I gave it a finger test myself and was pretty good but really sweet. I imagine it mellows a bit after cooking.
Ribs look really good Sparky and I am going to have to sauce some ribs with it too
