We have a small but growing group of competitors who hang out here so it is nice to gain another.  "The Brethren" probably has the most, but I haven't posted there in months because it is just too big and even good posts get lost in a hurry.  There is a definite sense of community here around all kinds of cooking.  Hope you enjoy it!
