Hello all,

Finally joined,  looking forward to talking to everyone.  I have been using a pellet smoker for 6 years or so.  I enjoy making sausage and am just starting to read up on making cheese.  I see some familiar names and also looking forward to meeting new people.     :)

Welcome from N E Minnesota. Where are you located?

Roseville, just north of St. Paul.  Are you as ready for spring as I am?
