Getting another TOY Oh Boy
« Reply #-1 on: March 04, 2014, 04:31:55 PM »
Ever since I got into smoking I always wanted to add a Dehydrator to the family. Well today I pressed the easy button on this baby. This was the turning point for me.

Dual fan technology by Sedona is the first dehydrator to offer a total of 600 watts operating at a power of 300 watts per fan. The Sedona Dehydrator has two heating coils, and two heat sensors, controlled digitally and grouped with two fan heaters and operated either independently or simultaneously. Giving you the option to dehydrate nine trays at once.
Hope this turns out to be a good as I have read.

You will enjoy that Don. A dehydrator and liquid smoke is all I use for beef jerky now a days.

I remember about a 1/2 year ago Nepa (Rick) had posted on it and I forgot all about it. At the time he was impressed with it and that also sold me on it. Since I have never used a dehydrator before I am sure there will be a learning curve.
It was almost 100 bucks more here in Canada but the shipping was free. When I retire at the end of May I want to have all the necessary toys to survive  ;D ;D

You will like using the dehydrator for jerky, or drying fruit, veggies, - you name it. That one looks well made!

You are going to love it! We have a 21+ year old "American Harvest" dehydrator that still works flawlessly and I know how much we've enjoyed it.

They're great for blooming & drying snack sticks overnight.
