Hi - Joined today.  Looking forward to contributing to the site.  I'm a pellet smoker/griller guy; started on a Traeger Lil Tex (American Made One  ;D) then made the jump to a Memphis Pro that replaced the Traeger and my Ducance Gasser.  I cook about a 50/50 mix of high heat and low heat cooks.
