I made up some chicken thighs and things to go with it. I picked up a Portabella mushroom for the wife. I don't eat them, but I will cook them for who ever wants one. I brushed it with some garlic olive oil, and sprinkled it with powdered rosemary and sea salt She love it, apparently I made it correctly. Also had some grill avocado with it. That is something I learned on here. If your an avocado fan, and have not tried it yet. Just do it, you will not be sorry. The chicken was great, used a Webber Chicago rub on it. No sauces today, just wanted to roast it with some apple wood. Then had some grilled garlic bread to go with it all.
