We've had a lot of rain & storms the past few days too, so I can relate.  It may not be the way you wanted to cook them, but it sure looks like you had one fine meal.

Suggestion :
Put both probes in the meat. Set cycle one to end when the food probe hits 135; set cycle 2 so the cabinet temp probe (which is also inserted in the meat ) is set to 135* and the end of cycle is set to a few hours that you will be away. That way it should keep the meat at 135*

Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.
