Nice looking bird. What does Sparky think is the difference with this pit? Flavor, moisture, skin....is this new fan favorite quantifiable? I respect your opinion as you know, and if getting gets me a wife squeeze, all the better.......

it took 1 1/2 hours. i'm finding that my pull times are shorter than what is recommended. my rib cook took 2 1/2 hours. far short of the 4 hour mark. its cool. the videos are made from mile high denver area. me, northern cali. elevation 25 ft. its a learning process just like w/ all new pits. the fun is in the learning.

Nice work and nice bird

Those look superb. I really like the color on the half birdie that got the Miners Mix rub.

"I got a good kiss and got my butt squeezed" now that would be a good advertising gimmick
Purchase of the pit will get you a kiss and your butt squeezed. ;D
