Jaxon...do you cook directly over the charcoal? I cook off to the side then finish crisping over the coals. I could be doing it wrong.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ

I cooked these sausages directly over the coals for a while, then off to the side for a while...lid on for a while, lid off for a while.  I don't know what I'm doin' on the Weber brand new, tryin' to figger it out.  Don't EVEN cook like me on the Weber.
 Howsomever, they DID turn out after all the shufflin' around I did.  I near about drove Deb crazy movin' 'em here and there.  But I can't be still around a fire - HONESTLY!!!  Set-and-forget was not designed for me.
