Was Jonesing For Ribs For Too Long!

The foul weather passed and today was sunny and 65F outside so got the D. Boone chugging away with an 8 lb pork shoulder prepared ala Tim's Trophy Winning Pulled Pork and some fresh ribs wifey found at the butcher shop. Ribs were plated with wifey's kale salad, corn bread, and doctored up Bush's maple cured bacon beans. Oh my! I needed that!  :D
