Title: Guineos escabeche, poke and yard bird.

Nothing fancy. Sometimes simple works.
Some bird legs and poke chops. Arroz con gandules, guineos (green bananas) ala escabeche.
Something to look at.

Makes my mouth water Mike!
 We in the US typically only think of the banana as a fruit for eating fresh. But, I love all of the varieties of bananas, and the ways they are often used as a vegetable or put into meat dishes, etc in Latin-Caribbean food.
