Did an 8lb butt in the Traeger. Started it at 11pm last night. Pulled it at 195* this morning at 11:30 am.
Nothing fancy, just some sammies.
$2.08/lb at Wally Mart

Dusted with Zacks Hickory Rub then painted with molasses then dusted again with Zacks Hickory.

Loaded up the hopper with some Hickory (Traeger) the perfect mix is still in the boxes they were shipped in. Maybe next time. :)

Very Nice!! My neighbor uses the "Perfect Mix" pellets and she won't use anything else now!!

Lets say I will not be using CYM again. Ya cant beat the color and the flavor is better. The bark is the best Ive had come out.

Yeah. Just slight. I'm sure you get more or less with different brands. I had a choice of one. Dont even know the name of it. Found it at Walmart.

I'd love to try this, but infrared would kill the molasses :'( But I do have a Bradley ;)
