Title: chicken and the green machine

well, I have to admit that the 1st three weeks of my egg ownership has been a trial.  I could not control the heat.  funny thing is that I actually talked to ppl who didn't even own a kamado (thanks pappy, T and the advice squit gave me) and that helped.  welp, I am very happy w/ my green machine.  I have been a charcoal guy forever but this lump coal is really cool.  all I do is stir up the old lump around and add new lump.  very easy to use now.  ok, enough talkie, talkie.

it has been a fantastic journey learning how to cook on a kamado.  I am loving it.
