The wife wanted Nachos for dinner so I made Hers and Mine Nachos...
Carefully place your favorite corn chips on a pizza tin.

Great your favorite cheeses...

Put half of your cheese gratings on them corn chips.

Open a can of refried beans and punch a hole in the bottom of the can with your wife's favorite knife. Then blow them beans into a one gallon Ziploc bag with your mouth unless you plan on company :) . Then add four tablespoons of water to get them beans nice and squeezable. Cut a corner off the Ziploc bag and flute them beans all over the chips and cheese.

Put the remainder of the cheese on the stuff above.
Get yourself a roma tomato and core it and slice it up along with some onions and jalapenos.

I had the SRG already to go but chickened out last minute being afraid the chips would burn before the cheese melted :)
