I was invited to this board this boat by Art. Thanks for the heads up! I have been smoking for an undetermined number of decades. Started on a Weber Kettle, then did a couple whole hogs on a borrowed pig cooker, next I moved to an Amerique. Just this week I bought a used Cookshack Charbroiler in hopes of opening a cafe nearby. Will keep you posted. Even though I was raised with Eastern NC BBQ, I love it all. Look forward to learning and maybe sharing a bit.

Fair warning: If you cook and post without pictures, you will be the recipient of all kinds of "unicorn comments". Avoid that if at all possible. Keep us posted on your progress with your cafe. You never know. Some of us love to go on road trips. We might just show up at your door one day.
