Title: August 16th - National Bratwurst Day

Hey all.  Because next Saturday, August 16th, is National Bratwurst Day (yes it is), I am writing some articles to pitch some of the popular online publications about ways to make this day special as we honor the Bratwurst.  Ironically, one of the tips will incorporate Slawsa.  I am looking to address to readers if there is a Bratwurst bible (with recipes) or a particular meat grinder that would be a great starter for people wanting to make and encase their own brats.  Any products on the market that Brat enthusiasts would want to know about?

Recommendations or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
