Title: Knock - knock ... Want some Salmon?

Campers in the site next to us knocked on the door and wanted to know if I wanted some Salmon.  You know what my answer was ...   :D  ;D  8)     :o  :o  He and his 3 Grandsons limited out with Chinooks ranging from 26 to 35 lbs and he generously shared with us.  Life is good!!  ...

Still at Winchester Bay RV Resort in Oregon  8)  Make it quick Ralph cause we're leaving Sept 2nd  :(  ...  But I'll have an updated MAK 2 Star General to take home.  Picking her up on the 25th  :)

You bet pz  ;D  ...  Smoked/cooked the two tail sections tonight with some Hickory on the GMG Davy Crockett and they turned out fantabulous!!!!  Cooked a few Johnsonville brats for a snack to accompany some of the wedge of smoked Gouda you shared  :D ;)

Wish that I could sparky!  Still pluggin away trying to get my own Chinook and/or Coho (silver) salmon.  Plugged for 4 hours with no luck but tomorrow is another day  :)  Gonna do me some crabbing again in the next few days.

I remember the brats with the delightful smoky flavor and smoke ring. Mouth watering good,  Pete!
