I am recently retired. Been making sausages, venison salami and been smoking for 40 years.
Li'l Indian electric smoker
3 or 4 dome type charcoal smokers
Char Broil propane smoker
Brinkmann 5 burner S/S grill and smoker
Char Broil "The Big Easy" IR cooker
3 or 4 Deep frying set-ups
