Post by: LostArrow on October 11, 2014, 10:32:31 AM
Wife abandoned me to go to Starkville to watch State vs Auburn  ???
My son invited me & Lucy to a football watching party with him & 10 or so friends as long as I brough beer , food & Lucy!
Cooking 3 racks of baby back ribs, planning on slicing individual to serve bacon on a stick  8)

Charcoal, oak wood, CYM, & lots of Fine Swine & Bovine.

Ribs were a hit! A heavy coat of Tim's rub made it like bacon on a stick!
Saved half a rack for later ::) , served with salad , Lima beans & green beans , really good.

Nice!!  Wife would love all the greens!

How much does Lucy weigh these days? She looks great!

How much does Lucy weigh these days? She looks great!

Frozen Lima beans, teaspoon ham seasoning & a couple teaspoons olive oil.

LUCY has gotten a lot of exercise & with diet she down to high 50's as far as weight.
Urging to keep thin to avoid orthopedic problems ::)
I'm Better at keeping her healthy than myself!
