Title: Grilled Instant Gourmet Chicken on a Spud with Gravy
Post by: TMB on July 15, 2012, 11:26:35 PM
Well after working in the yard all day I wanted something different and this is what I came up with

I grilled skinless chicken breast with Instant Gourmet seasoning then tossed it onto a spud and added gravy to it.

I used my Grill2Go grill for this one

Just got to love infrared.

After grilling the chicken I cut it up into bite size peices

Now all ready to eat. Love comfort food!

I like it Tommy! Way to dress a tater!

Instead of calling it S.O.S you can call it S.O.T

Don't apologize for us not seeing the spud..you can never have too much gravy!!
Were those pellets I saw in the grill2go?

I get pellets at cost from a great guy here.  He lets me advertise for him when I'm out cooking and sells pellets to me at cost so win win for the both of us ;)

I just toss a handful of pellets in the trough and they smoke for about 30 min's
