Well after working in the yard all day I wanted something different and this is what I came up with
I grilled skinless chicken breast with Instant Gourmet seasoning then tossed it onto a spud and added gravy to it.

I used my Grill2Go grill for this one

Just got to love infrared.

After grilling the chicken I cut it up into bite size peices

Now all ready to eat. Love comfort food!

Hrd to see the spud but it's under all that gravy!!!

I get pellets at cost from a great guy here. He lets me advertise for him when I'm out cooking and sells pellets to me at cost so win win for the both of us ;)
I just toss a handful of pellets in the trough and they smoke for about 30 min's
