Title: GOOD LUCK, HUB!!!

Gordon Hubbell (Hub) is headed to the Jack this Thursday with his wife.  No, he is not going to judge BBQ.  He is going to be judged.  Hub is defending his Ph B Dissertation in front of a panel of judges.  When the dust settles, Hub will have his Ph B!!

Gordon, we all wish you the best while you take this last step.  You will make all the members of LTBBQ proud!!

Hub has been a "Doctor of BBQ" for a long time...But now he will get the title he deserves! :)

Thanks a million for all the encouraging words  ;D  I really appreciate your support!

Just got word that my exam is at 9:00 PM tonight.  That's past my bedtime a tad.  Looks like I'll be losing a little sleep  ::)
That's okay though.  A lot of the cooks that are here in Lynchburg will lose a lot more sleep that I do  ;D
