When I saw this on the menu @ Palace Cafe I had to get it in honor of our Canadian members!

Love Palace Cafe but never noticed that on their menu before. Gotta try it (somewhere after the duck & alligator gumbo and between the andouille-crusted fish and the cochon du lait pot pie.

Man needs more cheese ;)
It had all ingredients just a little different order.
It was a classic debri poboy, bread, debri meat, thin gravy laddeled  over then topped with cheese curds & fries.
Had plenty of cheese & lots of gravy.
