Title: Beat The Heat with your Pellet Grill!
Post by: squirtthecat on July 21, 2012, 09:10:31 PM
100+° most of this week, so I've taken a few things 'outside' to bake so we don't heat the kitchen up any more than necessary.

Scratch peach cobbler.

Leftover pulled chicken/pulled pork 'pie' with spinach and mushrooms. (and some Cajun Garlic-ed up Bisquick to bind it all together)

I would guess that the lack of cat pictures meant that they stayed in the house, away from any extra heat.
