1-2 lbs 80/20 ground beef
2 eggs
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
1/2 cup of ketchup
1 teaspoon Lawreys Season Salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
mix and shape into a loaf and lightly brush the top with ketchup (or BBQ sauce)
Into the oven at 425 so a bark is created..pull at 165 internal and enjoy
