Good Morning,
"If it's not cooked over wood or charcoal, it can be improved."
Nuff Said!

WELCOME Dave!
We are glad to have you here - and really looking forward to seeing some of your quality cooking here onteh site. We are trying to have a balance of folks that use all methods to cook - and like you I prefer the flavor and aroma that cooking over wood and/or charcoal can add to our meals. But - I know thater are many ways to skin a cat... And a few good ways to cook one too! ;) ;D
Have fun on this forum Dave - THAT counts the most!

Welcome, Old Dave. Old Dave and his lovely bride, Jan, cooked the best ribs that I have ever tasted. I think that their cute little puppy, Barney, helped a little, also.
-
I'm with Ir2dum on this one..Old Dave & Jan & Barney made the best ribs I have ever ate. No room for improvement needed there. Absolutely the best. Pammie ★*˚°。°
