Introducing myself, Tuckaloe from the mountains of southwest Pa here, about an hour east of Pittsburgh.

I"m a relative newcomer to Q but have had tremendous success using my Weber 22.5 kettle and a Maverick 732.....added a Pit Barrel Cooker to the collection through some unexpected serendipity....I have never eaten so well.

We've been smoking ribs and chickens, a few turkeys, pork butts....going to try a brisket for the first time in the very near future.

It's a pleasure to be here.

I'm a PSU grad. And I still love State College, though it's more for the fly fishing and mountain biking than the schoo. I *used* to loathe the Buckeyes and their fans....but discovered that (pardon broad stereotyping about to transpire)......they were so darned NICE. Considerate. Friendly. Time heals all wounds and I have thoroughly recovered from my bias ;)

Sliding Billy, the Yinzer nation is EVERYWHERE. Good to hear from you. And the rest of you as well, thanks all and Happy New Year.
