Title: Meatloaf and Veggies!

Pretty nice day out here for February weather, so I decided to use the Pellet Grill. It usually doesnt see a lot of action in the winter time!

Decided to do a Meatloaf and some frozen veggies. Had the misses make up the Meatloaf last night, so I have no clue what all is/was in it. I used some Tatonka Dust, Oregano, Parsley Flakes, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, and a few other spices that escapes me right now, then poured some Olive Oil over it and made a paste before smearing it on the meatloaf. Veggies I just used some of the Kodiak River Dust, Olive Oil and Butter. Was in the pit for 3.5hrs at 225.

Loaf looks great!
