Title: Smoked up a mess of Pumpkin seeds and Pistachios

Had some free time tonight so I thought I'd smoke some Pumpkin seeds and Pistachios in the Bradley
Oh and found these neat baskets at a wholesale place, works great for small nuts and thing to be smoked
Smoked using an A-Maze-N 5 X 8 inch pellet smoker and went about 4 hrs

Good looking snacks, Tommy!  Those bowls are a real find, too.  Headed to RD and possibly the Chef's Store in Charlotte with Hub today.  I'll be on the lookout for some bowls like yours.

I bet the nuts were killer..do you eat immediately or store for a while..where did you find the bowls?  I really, really like them.  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I like to store them for a few days if possible, but Kimmie eats them up before they have time to sit :D :D :D

Love the basket idea, bet that would do a great job on the double stuff smoked chex mix. :)
