BOTH TRUE!

I am filled with grievance and vexation when I see folks in "leadership roles" try to solve logistical problems...with emotions. Never in the term of human history, has anyone solved any problem based on math ( economics is a good example here ;) ) - by emotionalizing the issue. The current populists prefer the "Blame others and deny any personal responsibility" methods. This is rampant in our society. And it is killing it.
