Hello all I've been messing with bbq'ing for about a year now. I cook on a stacked double barrel UDS but here in the near future I'm building a 24"X36" offset reverse flow smoker. The hardest thing for me I've cooked so far has been a brisket that turned out pretty good could've been a little better but wasn't bad by any means. Glad to be part of the group.
