Ok so the full spare rack has fine swine and bovine and a touch of three pigs- touch of cherry. The half rack to the left has three pigs- sweet BBQ and touch of cherry and the rack to the right has super pig and three pigs- sweet BBQ rubs.

Ok so my traeger junior is on the smoke setting but is holding temps between 250-300. Any ideas? I just put it to shutdown cycle and hopefully that will elevate the issue

Ribs came out nice Dane!!! If you have the 180 controller you should know how to set the P# In hot weather I used to have to use P5 for lower temps. Even with my new Savannah Stoker v3 today at 91 deg. it struggled to get down to 180 deg. in my 07E. Don

I changed the p-setting to I believe p-1. Left for two hrs it temps were normal
But I'm going to keep a good eye on it and adjust accordingly

Thanks everyone. Best ribs I've had yet. More to come since a friend got half a cow and I got a quarter of it in my deep freezer now!

I had to leave but I out my p-setting to p-1 before I left and when I came back it was normal. Wednesday I'm smoking a rump roast so I'll see if its fixed or not.
