1351 is getting a late start but it's time to (Him/Her) fired up. I'd your smoker like a boat ::)
Ok let's go.
Wanted to do this one from my Bookmarked. Same idea but a little different.

A lot of meat rub along with a little of th Dust. I never took a pic with the rub on.

Cut up the ingredients,

Off the smoker at 160F, into the pan and tented.

Finished at 210f

Rib Plate,

All was cooked at 225 until the ribs came off, then bumped the temp to 265 to finish the roast.
The ribs were 3 hrs, 45min and about 20min to set the sauce.

The price was for the two racks you seen in the photo. I did SUCH a good good job on the ribs I now have approveal to do ribs for Father's Day ;D

Great looking meals. $5 lb is a little pricey. When they are on at $3 I stock up the freezer.
