Title: SV container for Anova

Should be enough capacity for anything I want to SV cook.

4.75 gallons.

I will just need to cut a hole in the lid for the Anova to travel through.

I am going to use a hole saw to make a hole in the lid for the Anova

Post by: rexster314 on June 25, 2015, 02:38:43 PM: I got the same container several weeks ago, cut a notch with Dremel tool in the middle of the long side for the rubber bumper to clear, then leveled off the ridge above it. I used plastic wrap for a cover which works well, but a week later ordered the matching cover and cut out an area to clear the Anova. Works very well and keeps heat in surprisingly well. I also have been using a Vollrath 11qt stainless steel stock pot with great success.

I am going to get a stock pot for smaller cooks. I like the option of SV cooking large items with the Cambro.

Shhhhhhhhh first it was charcoal grills being looked at. Can dehydrators be far behind?
