Smoke, I can see this in YOUR backyard...

You won't find this setup at Backyard Jack's BBQ, howsomever, there are a number of comp teams that cook whole hog this way - just a bigger rack and bigger fire

After watching this video my first thoughts were....South America, no OSHA regulations, no safety laws, and lots of beef! This could be a great new venue for TendaRub!  Investors needed! ??? :D

My first thought was Pacific Northwest - salmon on wood frames slanted over Alder fires...
