Title: Are you kidding me?

Heard a news story this weekend that said an inmate in the CA penal system is sueing because the state won't pay for a sex change operation. Says this constitutes "cruel and unusual punishment". Makes me wonder what our great nation is coming to. I think it's time we TAKE IT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (end of rant, sorry if I offended anyone)

He shouldn't be allowed to sue at all. You in prison, you have no rights anymore........except the right to sleep on your back with one eye open every night....... >:(

Mark my words.....he will win the case. It is California..... And the current state of insanity. Probably get a  reality show out of it

Real problem is this, he will win get the "CHANGE" then in a few years will sue again because he has changed his mind (which women do from time to time) and say he wants to go back because he is not happy with the current situation

Nothing is out of the question anymore, we are that far gone.

It is being done in Fed prisons.  A judge made the Army pay for a sex change for that traitor whose name I forgot.  It ain't gonna get better--It's gonna get worse.
