Title: Instant pickles

I am intrigued by this method of Vacuum Compression .
i tried a new trick of instant pickling with vacuum .
as the bubbles been extracted by the vacuum it will replace it with the liquid that it is in .
i hope i made my self clear  :-[ , bubbles out liquid  in  .
my first try is with julian carrots .
vacuum them in pickling water .
than  boiling them in water  for 2 minutes to soften slightly .
now i got excellent pickles in 5 minutes .

I wonder what else we can pickle?  I'm thinking red onions, zukes, cukes, etc.   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
