I just signed to the forum but I have received some good tips from this site over the past few months. My wife bought me a PBC for Father's Day and I love it. I look forward to posting some of my pics here.

We are all cooks here - and just love to exchange ideas, recipes, pictures etc. No "chef" attitudes"...just folks that are friendly and will not talk down to one another, or start flame wars.

I've watched all the videos and have done well on my cooks. Last weekend I smoked a brisket on the grate which I saw someone else do on this site and it was amazing! I live in Sarasota, FL and I'm learning that sea level is not the best altitude for smoking.
