Title: last minute dinner , Rib eye Sous Vide .

 A simple Rib eye in a sous vide  with salt and black pepper . with few veggies .

last minute dinner and sous vide don't seem to go together...how long DID you cook the rib eyes sous vide?

Yeah it sound funny . we were supposed to go out with friends for dinner but it was cancelled . so a quick run  to my local butcher .
it went in to the SV at 13:00 and we had supper at 18:00 so it was in the SV for 3 hours . at 138f .
