Wendy has me eating Kale and all those super greens.....figure she wants me around a while.......... ;)

Ken it's very good.  That is if you like greens. They are cooked in similar ways as collards, mustard, turnip etc.
And as Smoke knows, good for you too!

Ken it is that greenery you usually find on the side of your plate at a restaurant for decoration  :P
