Title: New guy from GA - Cooking on BGE and now PBC

I have been using a Big Green Egg for 20 years (and love it) but it's the small size and I can't afford the upgrade.

My brother is letting me borrow his Pit Barrel Cooker for the Thanksgiving turkeys.  After searching for recipes, cooking times, etc., I found this forum.  I can't wait to fire it up.
