This was the Hubbard squash that my neighbor gave us.

Cut in half, that will burn 1000 calories. These things have a nutshell that would stop a crowbar.

When I do gooey stuff I fold the top down a inch and a half that way you at least down have food in the sealed area of the bag. You all probably already do that :)
