Hey everyone, new member here from near Cleveland Ohio. I picked up a Big Easy SRG this summer, and had been reading up on tips and recipes from users on the old Char-Broil forums until they shut the site down. Thankfully I noticed a lot of familiar faces here on Let's Talk BBQ, and have been checking this forum for the last few months as I keep trying different things on the SRG. I've been having some great meals of ribs, brisket, pork butt, and chicken so far this year (with a big thanks to everyone who has posted in the past to help me along!) Looking forward to joining in the discussions now, and seeing how everyone else's meals are turning out!
