Zip Pack potatoes,green peppers, onions, mushrooms with Boneless Chicken Breast on the Big Easy SRG used about 3 " of hickory wood chips for the chicken in the smoker box.

Great looking meal Tom!  I call them hobo potatoes but whatever you call them they are delicious!

How long does the zip pack have to cook?

Do you put water in the pack for steam?

                    just askin'...

Nice cook, the SRG makes one heck of an oven.  Try bread it it works great!

On the Big Easy took about an hour on high temp have done them on the Weber spirit many times takes about 1 1/2 hours but you need to turn it every 15 minutes don't need to turn it on the Big Easy.  The olive oil and seasoning is all you need if you want to add a beverage that will work too
