Title: luv the cooked cheese around a pizza?

I made a deconstructed pizza this morning..Just put mozz cheese on griddle and added some pizza sauce..Let it cook untill it gets brown around the edges...next time adding more stuff, doesn't take 5 minutes but you HAVE to wait until the cheese gets brown around the edges and releases from the griddle. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I love pan fried cheese, sounds and looks so good.

I have made something like it in small pans but this looks really good
