Hello BBQ fanatics!

I have always loved eating good BBQ, but am just now getting into making it myself.  I purchased a Pit Barrel Cooker a couple months ago and can't seem to let a weekend go by without trying something on it.

I found you guys while searching ways to improve my cooks.  I look forward to digging into this site and learning a lot.

Aside from BBQ, I play a lot of golf and enjoy bourbon, scotch, beer and cigars.

While I'm not one of them, there are tons of PBC aficionados here (and I mean that literally, there have to be several thousand pounds of 'em!). 

But I will be more than happy to join you for a nice smoky single malt and La Flor Dominicana ! ! !
