Nice cook Tom, the spuds look great!

Do you have a Penzeys spice store near you?    If not go hear and look for Dip and Chip spice       www.penzeys.com  or  www.penzeys.com/online-catalog/chip-dip-seasoning/c-24/p-564/pd-s

Put that on those spuds with butter and look out!  :D :D
