The Sister in law went to Levenworth Washington and braught back some gifts for the wife and I. A very overpriced package of Pot roast mix that was very good and a Jar of Bavarian syle Saurekraut that was the best I have ever had and I love Saurekraut.

This was a first time for me, Sauerbrauten definately has its own excellent flavor. I'm going to start a batch of Sauerkraut this weekend but not sure when to add the white wine which is a ingrediant in the Bavarian Sauerkraut :)

I love sauerbraten. To make it even better, thicken the sauce with crushed ginger snap cookies instead of flour. WOW!
