Beans, Beans, Beans, everywhere Beans.
Some to eat and most to be vac pac and frozen for the year.

Ken doesn't take much room. This one is 16 x 4.5 feet and a 8 x 4 would be more than enough for two people.

Awesome Art! My wife has been hitting the farmers market every week and bringing home fresh.

this is awesome. i tried for the first time this year....the door ate everything that grew. grrrr. it was like a perfect line of just stalks right after they got to good size with nice leaves. i'd interested in any advice!

Thanks guys! I do see the occasional "haint" from time to time so I guess I need to bump up the garlic intake! :D

Also along with the garlic you must paint your home a bright eye hurting brain swelling blue.
No more Haints I promise.

Don, that's about what Sweetie does.
She shells the beans and slow cooks them with ham hock and ham.
Vac Pac them up for the freezer.
Good eats for the rest of the year.

hehe...my neighbor sits in his back yard with the bow! He has a few in his freezer!
